Michael Kass, Writer / PerformerMichael Kass is an actor, storyteller, writer, etc. and so on who has been flinging words from stages and bar stools in Los Angeles for the past six years. As an actor, he has worked with Chicago's Lookingglass Theatre Company as well as Los Angeles' Son of Semele Ensemble, Odyssey Theatre and others. He is a Moth StorySlam winner (though he got soundly trounced at the Moth Grandslam) and has appeared on podcasts including Storyworthy and I Love a Good Story. Michael holds a MA in Theatre Criticism and Performance from Northwestern University. He helps people discover and harness the power of their stories to create change through his consulting practice, StoryImpact, and teaches breathwork meditation through Eastside Breathers in Los Angeles. He loves stories and is excited to share this one with you!

Diana Wyenn, DirectorDirector Diana Wyenn is a Los Angeles-based director/choreographer, designer and performer with a socially-driven, interdisciplinary practice. Recent directing credits include: Jon Bastian’s Bill & Joan (world premiere), Susan Josephs’ The Interview (world premiere), Michael Kass’ Ceremony (world premiere), and Dario Fo’s Accidental Death of an Anarchist. An active member of the L.A. theater community, she is an associate producer of Director’s Lab West; an associate member of the Theatrical Producers League of Los Angeles; a co-founder of the new play development organization, Circle Readings; and a member of the board of directors for the Los Angeles Downtown Arts District Space (LADAD Space), which will be opening a new arts complex in 2015. Martin Carrillo, Sound DesignerMartin Carillo is a two time Ovation Award winner for Paradise Lost: Shadows and Wings (Garland Award), and Romeo and Juliet: Antebellum New Orleans 1836 at the Boston Court. Design credits in Philadelphia include Mumm Puppettheatre’s production of Gelbart’s Mastergate as well as Tragedy of Joan of Arc, and Cafeteria with Pig Iron Theater Company. He has designed sound systems for Hong Kong Disneyland automated surround mixes for Tokyo DisneySeas. Though Martin works often abroad he always returns home to LA to design and compose music for productions such as Buddy Buddette, Eat Me, Bing!, Peru in Africa, Have You Seen Alice, Heavier Than as well as productions at Theater of Note, Occidental College, UC Riverside, EST-LA, and the Theater at Boston Court. Recently, Martin’s composition Conflict Zone was chosen to be the main title theme for the 4th and 5th seasons of Vanguard on Current TV. heardrum.org

TONY SHAYNE, LIGHTING DESIGNERTony received his graduate degree at UC Davis in Lighting & Scenic Design, and is currently attending his undergrad alma mater USC in pursuit of a Certificate in Heritage Conservation. His work theatrical lighting include: dance, Rosanna Gamson/Worldwide: Tov, Sheethal Gandhi: Bahu Biti Biwi(World Tour), John Jasperse: Beyond Belief, Nina Haft/Sue Li Jue: This.Placed, Kate Hutter: Prite Oef Stringh; plays, Dan Froot/Dan Hurlin: Who's Hungry?-Santa Monica and Phillip Kan Gotanda: #5 The Angry Red Drum. His post graduate designs include Paheliyan: The Story of Alice, a bollywood dance adaptation of “Alice in Wonderland” and a fundraiser event Cirquewood, involving Cirque Du Soleil aerialists and contortionists. He served as Lighting Director for the SF Ballet Trainee program and has done film and television lighting for Family Guy(Fox) and Holidaze(ABC/Cartoon Network) and the breakdance competition on DS2dio's The Arena(Youtube). He has served as the lighting intern at the San Francisco Opera, SF Ballet, Houston Ballet, and LA Opera, and is now the ATD/Lighting Director for REDCAT.
